    Vintage 27" wheel set with high flange Phil Wood hubs and Weinmann Concave rims. Might be 1st gen. These flanges look extra high to me.  Rims are close to true, approx 8-9/10.  Hubs spin well.  Some scratches and marks.
    Would consider separating parts.
