    Vintage Ann Klein double breasted vest

    It always had what appears as a hand sewn seam on the lining.  It may be a size 6,however it's shown on a 6 ft 36 small B  size 6-8. It's loose, but fine. So should fit more tailored on a busty size 8, or small 10?
