Newport, R. I. Rhode Island Ruby Flash Pitcher

Description

This is  3  1/8 inches tall.  It has no chips or cracks. There is a shallow manufacturing flaw. The gold flash was applied over it. That flash has a bit of wear. The bottom has a seldom seen 10 point star. Newport is on Aquidneck Island in Newport in County and was/is home to many of America's 400. It also was home to the Newport Jazz Festival where Bob Dylan first played an electric guitar.
