Mavic Open 4 CD Rims Wheelset 700c Clincher w/ Campagnolo Hubs - painted black

Condition: The Mavic Open 4 CD rims are straight and true. The spokes are straight and complete. 32 hole rims. They have matching Campy hubs. Here's the rub, someone took it upon themselves to paint these black, looks like with a brush. From a distance they look ok, but up close, well wee the pics. These are fine for a beater as is or they can be sandblasted and repainted. The tires look new, they still have the manufacturing nub on the center - see pics. No idea of the age on these..... consider them a free throw in and you determine if you can use them or not? These are just as they were taken off a bike, so they likely need a re-greasing.
