Lot of 4 Pieces  Canonsburg Pottery Children's Dinnerware Set.  Circa 1940
The set is decorated with adorable yellow baby chicks, green foliage, orange poppies, bumble bees, and a couple of beetles.
Made in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania by the Canonsburg Pottery Company.  The company was founded in 1900 by John George and was active until 1978 when it closed.
The set includes:  divided dinner plate   (7" X  3/4")
drinking cup   (2 7/8  X  4 1/4"  X  3")
cream or milk pitcher    (3 1/4"  X  4 1/4"  X  3 3/8")
egg cup   (3 1/2"  X  2 3/4")
Each piece has crazing but no chips or cracks.
Excellent pre-owned condition.
All items are shipped using recycled materials whenever possible.
