Very good antique condition with some sign of use and wear as may be expected for a piece of this age - some loss to the color as seen. There is a chip on the edge of the dish, about an inch below the small chick on the left. The chip can be seen in image #4. Marked ELPCO China Made in USA - stands for East Liverpool Pottery Company of Liverpool Ohio - made pottery from 1894 to 1903.
