Sleeves: Long with beards and sequins  and measure 23.5" from shoulder seam to the end
Length: 29 inches in length from the shoulder seam to the hem.
Width at hem: 24.5" from side seam to side seam at the hem.
There are shoulder pads that can easily be removed with a few snips of your scissors if you prefer.
This vintage garment has NO signs of wear and may actually be new.  But there are no retail tags so I am conservatively calling it preowned.
