This is an antique porcelain souvenir creamer made in Germany for William H. Bell Inc. in Bristol, Rhode Island.
The front has a great, colorful transfer scene showing the Burnside Memorial and Soldiers Monument in Bristol.
The bottom is marked as shown.
It's in good condition without any chips, cracks or crazing.
It measures about 4-1/4" long from spout to handle, 2-3/4" tall and 3" in diameter.
