THIS ITEM IS---an original handcolored engraving, and framed of the City of Providence. : From Prospect Hill.

Date: 1872.
some of the nails are missing from teh back of the frame which has let it a bit of small particals, that is easy to fix, but i leave that up to you. enjoy.
